CrossFit Solar Flares biggest service to the community is our CrossFit classes. In these classes you will be shown constantly varied, functional movements with perfect technique. Our One Hour long classes consist of mobility, warmup, prep work, and variations of workouts and lifting throughout the week. The best thing about these classes is that they are for EVERYONE. No matter the age, size, or experience of fitness. Our job as coaches is to give you the workout that you need!
One of our newest programs introduced to CrossFit Solar Flare! This program is a 5-Week Cycle that has three age groups, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. Each age group has different programmed workouts to give them the best quality of fitness that they can! These programs are designed to make fitness fun! Where kids can start to learn and understand how their bodies work! These are all at different levels and capacities for the kids to build general physical skills that can be used in sports and life!
Child Watch is a service that comes with a CrossFit Solar Flare membership. We have scheduled Child Watch hours (12pm, 4pm, and 5:30pm). All that is needed is that you let one of the CrossFit Solar Flare Coaches or Staff know so we can make sure the coverage is there for you!
- This is a CrossFit class designed for athletes that are in the rejuvenating days of our lives! Intensity is relative and here at CrossFit Solar Flare we want to offer classes that fit all walks of life. Functionality is the most important part of working out as we increase in age, applicable fitness! This makes fitness easier to access for everyone!

- Here at CFSF we try to coach and guide you as much as possible, inside and outside the gym! Nutrition is the biggest battle all of us deal with, whether you are brand new to working out or you’ve been training for years. Nutrition is the easiest part of training that can fall off the rails. We offer nutritional programming and diets that are designed for you to see the goals you want! Performance, Muscle Growth, Weight Loss, etc. Offered with One-on-One Meetings, Personalized Nutrition Program and Challenges in the gym!

The CFSF Hoisting Crew is our opportunity to give to our members more specialized lifting programming. About building strength and explosiveness and being able to be exposed more to the barbell. This is an hour, and a half session dedicated to barbell movements and their accessories. The five main lifts we will be learning and exposing are the Deadlift, Back Squat, Bench Press, Snatch, and Clean and Jerk.
- CrossFit Solar Flare prides itself on the educational value that we bring to the gym. During our cool down period of mobility and logging, we have a “Topic of the Day!” These topics include anything from teaching/reinforcing movement cues, workout strategies and stimulus, ideas and questions that athletes may have!
- On top of the Topic of the Day, CrossFit Solar Flare hosts Educational Seminars/Clinic held by the CFSF staff to further increase the foundations and purpose of CrossFit.
CrossFit Solar Flare also offers Saturday Skill Sessions that revolve around both Weightlifting and Advanced Gymnastics. These are opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill base on more complex movements to continue to grow your fitness capabilities. These are roughly two hours long and consist of teaching and completing drills and then dedicated time to then completing that movement with load.
